What is NETHERWORLD Laser Adventure?
NETHERWORLD Laser Adventure is a fun, fast-paced game played in our outdoor Battle Arena using laser guns and a headband with sensors. Laser Tag can be played just for fun or as a sport, as an individual player or as part of a team. Compared to paintball, which can hurt when hitting the body, laser tag is completely pain free.
Where are you located?
Netherworld Laser Adventure is located at 2076 West Park Place Blvd, Stone Mountain, GA 30087.
How can I book a Game?
The easiest way to book a game is through our online booking site. The Arena will be open on Saturday nights starting in August 2019 and will be open most nights of the NETHERWORLD Haunted House season. To check availability and to reserve your game, click the BOOK NOW button below. If you need help with your booking, or would like to book a party or corporate event on a different day or time, please call us at 678-580-5642.
Can my friends and I book separately?
We suggest one person books for the entire group, that way you can make sure to get all the spots you need for your team.
Can I book times not available on the website?
YES! You may book games outside of these business hours with at least 48 hours notice by calling us at 678-580-5642. Battle Arena bookings outside of normal business hours may require a private arena booking.
How long before my scheduled time do I need to arrive?
Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled game time in order to complete our electronic waivers and pregame training. Within your time slot, several 3-7 minute games will be played. If you arrive late, you can be placed in at the start of the next game. If you have booked a private game, or are the only group to book a game, you will be allowed to start late, but your 45 minute window cannot be extended and therefore you will not have the entire time to play multiple games. No refunds will be offered for late arrivals or no-shows.
What should I bring with me?
You may want to bring a water bottle as there will be cold water available. Athletic footwear is highly recommended. If you are under the age of sixteen, please bring an adult with you! Lockers are provided for you before entering the game if you wish to store your personal belongings. Everything else you need to play the game will be provided for you.
Can I bring food or drink?
No food or drinks are allowed in the Battle Arena, but you may bring food and drink to leave in the provided picnic area and observation bleachers. Cold drinks and snacks will be available for purchase. You will also find many restaurant choices within 2 miles of our location.
Parties and Corporate Events who rent the Party Room may bring in catered food options. Please call 678-580-5642 for more information.
How much does the Laser Adventure cost?
Each game costs $25 per person, plus taxes and fees. You may book the arena as a private event for $250 plus taxes and fees for up to 10 people. Additional people are $15 plus taxes and fees each.
Is there a different price for children?
Children and adults pay the same price for their game.
Do you offer group discounts?
If you would like to book a Corporate Group, Birthday Party or Special Event please call us at 678-580-5642. We are able to schedule your group during unpublished hours, discuss group discounts and/or our Party Room rental.
What is the difference between a public and private game?
A public game is open to multiple groups as long as space allows. There must be at least four (4) people in the Battle Arena in order for the game to be played, but we HIGHLY recommend many more players, as the arena holds up to 24 players at a time. If you book spots for a public game, you may be playing with strangers as a part of your group. The cost of a public game is $25 per person plus taxes and fees.
A private game allows you to ensure that you and your friends are the only players in the Battle Arena. You may book the arena as a private event for $250 plus taxes and fees for up to 10 people. Additional people are $15 plus taxes and fees each.
Can I pay in cash on arrival?
Generally, no. In order to book the Laser Adventure, the balance must be paid in full at the time of booking. However, if you bring friends along and there are still slots available they may book onsite.
What is the minimum number of players needed to play?
There must be four (4) players per game. We highly recommend more as the arena can hold a larger group. If you book fewer than four (4) people through the website, your game will have to be approved before your credit card will be charged. Other people may join your game up to the maximum amount, unless you book the entire arena for your chosen time slot.
Can our group have more than the maximum arena capacity play together at once?
20- 24 players is the maximum number that can play at one time.
Can you accommodate large parties or corporate events?
Yes! In addition to the NETHERWORLD Laser Adventure arena, there are four (4) escape games, a large party room available for rent, the House of Creeps Monster Museum, and additional space if needed. We can comfortably accommodate groups up to fifty people or more. Please contact us for information on larger groups and corporate events.
I made a reservation, but I can’t make it, what do I do?
We understand that things can come up. If you can’t make a reservation, please notify us at 678-580-5642 within 24 hours prior to the reservation to reschedule your game. There are no refunds, but we are happy to reschedule with notice. There are no refunds or reschedules for no shows, cancellations or reduced players within 24 hours of the scheduled game.
I have a health condition, is it safe for me to play?
It really depends… some health conditions may pose considerable safety risks. If you have a severe heart conditions, are pregnant, or have a physical disability which makes standing or running difficult we may politely ask you to not participate. Laser tag is an outdoor athletic endeavor without seating during the game, however there is seating for those waiting for or watching others play. Remember, our staff reserves the right to refuse anyone for any reason.
Are children allowed?
NETHERWORLD Laser Adventure is challenging but most kids 7 and up should do fine. There must be at least one adult accompanying children under age 16 but they don’t need to play the games. The adult can remain in the viewing area or may be asked to circulate within the Battle arena depending on the age of the children playing.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing that you wouldn’t mind getting a little dirty. We strongly recommend athletic footwear, and shoes must be worn in and around the Battle arena at all times. High heeled shoes and flip flops are not recommended. Playing in Battle Arena is an athletic activity. Sunscreen is recommended during daytime hours as you will be outside.
Is the NETHERWORLD Laser Adventure wheelchair accessible?
Yes! The Battle Arena is primarily wheelchair accessible. There are a few vantage points with stairs, but they are not vital to having a fun game. Please call with further questions or recommendations for your group. We also have a wheelchair accessible bathroom. Please inquire at the front desk.
Can we bring alcohol?
No. Alcohol on the premises is not allowed. Also keep in mind that anyone who comes in under the influence of alcohol or drugs might not be allowed to participate. Besides, you want to be SHARP when you enter our Battle Arena. Save the celebration for after your adventure.
Any other rules?
There is no smoking, drinking, food or photography allowed in the Battle Arena, however food, drink, and photography is allowed in the picnic area and in the stands while watching the games.
